When it comes to feedback, we’re all ears. We want to make BugHerd easy as pie to set up and use. One thing we keep hearing is that people want to use the app, but don’t have a website yet…and our widget needs a website so everything grinds to a halt!

But not anymore!

Now the only thing you need to kickstart your bug herding is an email address.

We’ll send you an email to confirm your account, but you can start creating issues straight away. Without asking another thing, we’ll create a new project for you, and you can get started immediately! No need to install the widget, no need to enter a URL or project name if you’re feeling lazy – just start logging issues.

If you like what you see, then you can confirm your details, invite some users and tinker with your project details. When you’re ready to take the next step, you can then install the widget and start collecting feedback from your clients and customers.

We still feel that the BugHerd widget is the best and most awesome way to log issues on a websites, but we want to make sure we fit into your entire process, not just “the end bit”. As soon as you have an idea for a project, or from that first meeting, BugHerd now fits your project needs from start to finish!
